Neurofeedback & Biofeedback
Train your brain. Strengthen your body. Guided by Dr. Daniel Zopoula.
Your brain has the ability to change and grow throughout your entire life. Neurofeedback and biofeedback tap into that ability by giving you real-time feedback on what is happening inside your brain and body, so you can learn to regulate stress, sharpen focus, sleep better, and feel more balanced emotionally.
At Circle Psychology, every session is guided by Dr. Daniel Zopoula and tailored to your personal goals. Whether you are navigating anxiety, attention challenges, sleep difficulties, chronic stress, or you simply want to perform at your best, brain training offers a drug-free path forward.
What Is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback uses sensors placed on your scalp to monitor your brainwave activity in real time. You watch a screen or listen to audio cues that respond to what your brain is doing. When your brain moves toward healthier patterns, you receive positive feedback. Over time, your brain learns to self-regulate more effectively. It is painless, non-invasive, and requires no medication.
What Is Biofeedback?
Biofeedback monitors body signals like heart rate, muscle tension, breathing patterns, and skin temperature. By seeing these signals in real time, you learn practical techniques to calm your nervous system, reduce physical tension, and manage your stress response. It is especially helpful for people who carry stress in their body.
Who Can Benefit?
Brain training may help with:
- Anxiety and stress
- ADHD and focus difficulties
- Sleep problems and insomnia
- Depression and mood regulation
- Trauma and PTSD recovery
- Peak performance (athletes, professionals, students)
- Chronic pain and tension
- Emotional regulation
What to Expect
Your journey begins with a Neurofeedback Intake and Treatment Planning session where Dr. Zopoula reviews your history, discusses your goals, and creates a personalized brain-training plan. From there, you will have regular training sessions, typically 45 to 60 minutes each. Many clients begin to notice changes within the first few weeks. For deeper or longer-lasting results, a qEEG brain map can guide a more targeted approach.
