What it is
The Stay Sharp Tracker is a private daily and weekly log for clients working through a brain red light therapy protocol with Circle Psychology. It replaces the paper tracker. You record how you are feeling, the app keeps the pattern, and your clinician reviews it before each appointment. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
Getting started
Tap "Open the tracker" above on your phone. Before you do anything else, save it to your home screen so it behaves like an app: in Safari, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen". On Android, tap the three dots, then "Add to Home screen". Enter the access code your clinician gave you and tap Continue. Your phone remembers it, so you will not be asked again.
Your routine
Daily, at roughly the same time, open the Daily tab. Say whether you did a session today, tap a score from 0 (none) to 3 (severe) for each symptom, add a note if something stood out, and tap Save.
Once a week, on the same day each week, open the Weekly tab. Rate each of the 13 areas from 0 to 10, answer the short reflection questions, and tap Save. If you would like your clinician to contact you before your next appointment, switch that on at the bottom.
The Progress tab shows your symptom trend and your weekly brain performance score, so you can see the shape of your recovery rather than judging single days.
Good to know
Missed a day? Just carry on the next day. Gaps are normal and do not break anything.
Need to fix yesterday? Change the date at the top of the Daily tab to yesterday, enter the scores, and save. Saving the same date twice replaces the earlier entry rather than duplicating it.
Who sees my answers? Only you and your clinician at Circle Psychology. Your entries are stored in the clinic's own records, not with any third party, and are treated as part of your clinical file.
What if a symptom is severe? If any symptom scores 3 on two or more days in a week, the app will tell you. Please raise it at your next appointment, or contact the clinic sooner if you are concerned. If you ever feel unwell in a way that worries you, stop your session and seek medical care.
Lost your code? Contact the clinic. Codes are personal and are not shared by email or text with anyone other than you.
